3 Tips to Boost Testosterone Levels

Hey Kandy readers! Here’s a topic that we all want to discuss, keeping our hormone levels, specifically testosterone levels as high and optimal as possible. Testosterone is the hormone that makes men, men. The higher we can keep it, the more muscle we can build, the better we can feel and most importantly, the better satisfied our woman will be in the bedroom.

Tip 1: Eating foods like red meat, eggs, shrimp and even strawberries can help keep your testosterone flowing high. Strawberries are high in Vitamin C, which can keep cortisol levels down, and cortisol is the enemy of testosterone. Shrimp is high in Vitamin D, which according to many studies, has a strong link to keeping T levels high. Red meat and eggs are high in cholesterol and testosterone is derived from cholesterol.

Tip 2: Rest. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night is important for everybody, especially people recovering from an active lifestyle and regular weight training/exercise. Sleep keeps cortisol in check, which, as I mentioned above, is the stress hormone that is the enemy to testosterone.

Tip 3: Take a supplement like ZMA or Tribulus Terrestris. Studies show that both supplements may increase testosterone in men. Having an adequate supply of zinc will allow the body a better release of testosterone.
